- Supporting the Asia Pacific Med Tech teams identify, evaluate and implement professional education solutions to train surgeons as well as our sales force. Driving excellence in education through active external partnerships. Solutions include but are not limited to VR, AR, XR, Telementoring (Tele proctoring, Digital Case Enablement etc.), Artificial Tissues & Organs (ATOs), Surgical Simulators, Trainers, Online Learning Platforms. - Regional procurement leadership for the Med Tech and Vision Care Agencies' including strategy development, activation and performance. Agencies category includes, Brand Strategy, Creative, Content, eCommerce, Digital, Social, Web, Influencer, PR etc. Also, helping teams evolve their Omnichannel strategy for the region. - Responsibilities include understanding marketing (non-working media) and professional education priorities and needs, both current and future, and translating them into strategy development and other procurement related activities.

- Helped develop social media marketing strategy for a leading Indian packaged food manufacturer- Facilitated the development of a KPI framework and business intelligence dashboard for an Insurance provider thus enabling the client to offer services based on customer profitability and revenue streams

I was leading a couple of teams that were involved in delivering different modules of a product that helps organizations manage change by enabling effective collaboration.This helped me understand the paradigm of the Agile Methodology and Lean Start-Up. I learnt about the challenges associated with planning & setting up a new team as well as about effective execution. This stint also helped me understand the importance of producing clear-cut results on entering new environments. My experience as a Project Lead also helped me demonstrate my leadership skills and understand the nuances of effective team management. And, I have come to realize that good inter-personal relationships, a sense of belonging and sense of a common goal are the key ingredients to effective team management.
