Since 2009, the company has increased its business there and now has concessions to manage four toll roads, with a total of over 700 km and an investment of over €2 bn. Apart from the NH-1 toll road (291 km) the Isolux Corsán Concessions division also manages the NH-2 Varanasi-Aurangabad (192 km), the N-6 Maharashtra/Gujarat -Hazira Port (133 km) and the NH-8 Kishangarh-Ajmer-Beawar, with 94 km. The concession of these 4 toll roads, in a consortium with local company Soma Enterprise Limited, includes improvement works, maintenance of the roads and their operation.Isolux Corsán has started to widen the NH-1, which is already in operation, to six lanes, build a double service road and fence the road.The NH-2 is the latest award that Isolux Corsán has won in India, for a 30-year period and with an investment of over €600m.In India, Isolux Corsán has entered into a joint venture with the Morgan Stanley Infrastructure fund (MSI), to jointly invest US$ 400m in the country to develop new road infrastructure projects. Under this agreement, the company is building three toll roads within the framework of long-term concession awarded as part of the Build-Operate-Transfer programme (BOT) established by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).NHAI's programme for developing the Indian road network is amongst the largest Public-Private-Partnerships in the world. It was started up in 1999, and it is calculated that it will account for a total of US$ 50 bn by the time it is finalised.

Acquiring state of art technology to create a flexible packaging plant at Silvassa. Guided the company to successfully raise money from the capital market to part meet the cost of developing the plant. A part of the expansion was an Export Oriented Unit through which the company successfully started production and marketing its products in the European Market. The company later diversified into television and film production and successfully completed many television serials and films.

Created a marketing network of steel leaf springs in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Kerala and Maharashtra. With the exponential growth in operations CSS decided to expand its capacity to meet the demands from their growing client base. In order to fund the expansion the company decided to go public and did it successfully.
