In this role I was responsible for the sales and marketing for the firm, alongside managing the new clients that we have obtained and reporting this to management on a monthly basis.I was also responsible for social media content for the firm as well as maintaining the firms. I also attend networking events and well as organising bi-monthly sessions, alongside 2/3 annual events with over 100 attendance per event.On the business development area, I was responsible for systemizing and streamlining the internal and external with in the firm. Alongside this I have work closely with the portfolio managers to assist them in ensuring the clients get the best experience.I also design the firms marketing data, if the firm is holding event the design work for the invites and also with festivals creating the greeting cards.

In this role I had to ensure that there was smooth transition between thecustomer vacating a property and the customer taking over at the site. Some of the roles thatwere involved in this job were successfully billing and processing the move out for theoutgoing customer. Ensuring that the information by the new customer was firstly correct andvalid. If this was the case then again successfully processing the move in for the ingoingcustomer. Along with this if the customer wanted to sign a contract with then offer andsuccessfully lock in a contract for the customer.In the 6 month period from January 2014 to July 2014 I took a secondment in help andsupport the aggregator channel. Aggregators are third party intermediaries the companies usto bring in sales. My roles here were to set up accounts, create and lock in contracts andensure that the account is set up in an successful time.Both these roles require me and the team to hit month ending KPI targets which most of thetime were successfully achieved.
