Job responsibility: In this role I was involved in microbiological and analysis of various cosmetic and drug products like syrups, capsules, hair oils, face packs, hair creams, tablets and capsules. ASSAY DEVELOPMENT Performed experimental studies to determine limit of detection, linearity and exclusivity of assay for FDA submission. Proficient in manual extraction of viral (HCV, HBV, and HIV) nucleic acid from serum and plasma samples utilizing the High Pure Viral Nucleic Acid kit. Worked with COBAS AmpliPrep (automated sample preparation instrument), COBAS TaqMan 48 analyzer (automated Real Time PCR instrument), and the AmpiLink software.
