I have been working in a Software Industry for more than 5 years. I have also worked as a software developer before. I have also worked as a Sales of the Software Product and it Marketing too. Currently I have been working as a Product Manager where my role is to develop and design the planning for the development of the product. Marketing and Management of the Product both are the tough job to be done because no one is perfect in Marketing and Product Management. Although I am very much enthusiastic for the new challenges in my career growth. First, I used to teach at School as a computer teacher, after that I selected the Job of Programmer, And after that I completely jumped into the different field rather than programming or development that is Sales and Marketing. At first I thought Sales and Marketing is very much tough and the main skills for the Sales is that how much you describe you will get benefit and high chances of Selling the Product. Not in a perfect way but I again started working as a Product Manager, because the requirement comes from the Market Research which I did it perfectly. Product Manager is also a big role in a company which is in growing state. If anything goes wrong or beyond the Market needs then the investment of development is waste. Life is a Challenge and I Still want to have some new challenges in my Career. No one is perfect so you should learn from your juniors too.
