Experienced in lateral hiring & leadership hiring. Involved in recruitment processes like Resume screening, phone screens, onsite interviews till final closure. On a regular basis updating candidate records and status into MIS. Continuous follow up and providing feedback to the candidates via phone or mail. Communicate interview details to candidate and ensuring that they have all necessary information which is required for interview. Sometimes act as a primary point of contact for Client (interviewer). Posting ads related to open positions on job portals like Naukri.com and LinkedIn.Handling Team members and float the requirement to them and take the feedback fromthe client side. Having the experience in Client handling like CMMI 3 or 5 Levels.
