Alarm monitoring,diagnosis and management till resolution,effective testing an coordination with Sify Noc Team & Vendors.. Cordinate with Sify NOC & Onsite team & onsite teams to execute any planned activities on the network.. Daily checklist on the infra and Physical checks.. Proactive intimation to Sify Noc/NSE about bandwidth/port crunch at POP.. Be conversant with and follow the NSE provided Rules and procedures for POP activities.. 24 hours of learning per year.

• Switching Configuration, LAN connectivity issues, cabling fault.• Router configuration and Internet connectivity.• Basic Static routes and using Default routes.• Review and implement the configuration of CRF(change request form) to make new changes to improve network performance.• Troubleshooting for network related issue like link down, packet loss etc.• VLAN, Trunking and VTP configuration, STP issue. • Monitoring of Access Points.• Act as a 2nd level support for Network elements like Link Down, fluctuation, latency, Low through put issue, IP assigning on VLAN interface, VLAN addition & deletion, checking where the problem is, identifying faults & assigning to appropriate related network department.• Inform Field Engineers about the fault & provide the support procedure to resolve the issue.• Ensure Proper escalation of faults to different levels as per escalation matrix on timely basis.• Effectively present information and respond to queries from senior management, clients and customers in a professional manner.• Verifying Long Pending TT’s and Escalating Teams internally for SLA Violated TTs.. handling data center. maintaing stock of materials
