Responsible for developing and evolving the initial plan to what the company now does – stationery, accessories, functional interiors / household products, corporate/personal gifting etc. Worked mostly with aluminium, tin, metal alloys, graphics and embossing process. Conducted various researches for the project during the evolution phase on locations with micro studies products Recruitments for the inhouse creative and research teams. Responsible for directing the design team; helping them ideate, conceptualize according to the company’s vision and create samples for the same. Responsible for briefing agencies and anyone with potential association.  Pursued unique alliances on behalf of the company Hired business consultants and financial advisors, sharing information with them and facilitating the creation of the business plan, financial model, pitch presentation and other important documents. R&D for testing the variety of base material available in the market (aluminium, tin, metal alloys) and surface treatments like anodozing, powder coating, various paints, printing techniques, etc.

 Single-handedly responsible for developing and executing the preopening hotel’s core marketing and communications plan. Minimizing marketing costs while maximizing revenues as well as the environmental and social impact. Successful execution of the hotel’s opening.  Top 3 Marketing high performance list for 2013 – Exceeded PR Value, completed 100% e-action plan and effective marketing plans for launching a new hotel in Pan India. (Announced in June 2013) Co-ordinated and completed the propertys’ brand shoot.  Conceptualized and designed advertising campaigns as well as wall branding artworks without the support of an advertising agency. Official spokesperson of the hotel and one point contact for liason with the PR agency. Successful positioning of the hotel as the best business hotel in Bhopal. Adopted a tiger in order to raise awareness and contribute to the tiger conservation campaigns while living in the “Land of the Tigers” aka ex-Tiger-State-of -India, Madhya Pradesh.

 Responsible for the brand management of two hotels - Renaissance Mumbai Convention Centre Hotel & Lakeside Chalet Marriott Executive Apartments. Planning & execution of the Marketing & Communication plan, budgets and activity calendar for the hotels. Execute, conceptualise and design collaterals for all promotional activities of the hotels Social media activation (official Facebook page for both hotels). Monitoring and updation of both websites, regular checks and updates on othere-channels (tripadvisor, booking.com, agoda.com, expedia). Ensure brand standard compliance and execution of the brand roll across all departments. Responsible for the co-ordination of the brand photography shoot on property (in 2011 & 2012). Launch and execution of the new global brand campaign 'RLife LIVE'. Commendable PR growth year on year in 2011 and 2012. Played a key role in the launch of Renaissance’s Global campaign – LIVE LIFE TO DISCOVER.  Successful re-positioning of the Indian Specialty Restaurant, Nawab Saheb, and profiling of the Executive Chef, Chef Surjan Singh Jolly through strategic PR, Marketing & events. Successful positioning of the hotel as a premium ‘MICE destination in the city’.
