This includes the study of various safety-critical modules (system faults, clock monitoring units) and implementing APIs to check for unexpected SoC behavior.• Also, I was responsible for running INIT Code and, Clocking and Power modules on Pre-Si Platform such as Zebu and VDK Low Power and Clocking Architecture :• Responsible for Post Silicon digital validation of clocking and power management modules such as System Mode Controller, Clocking, Mode transitions, Low Power Modes, Clock Monitoring Units on various NPIs.• Worked extensively on SLEEP/DEEPSLEEP mode of ARM CORTEX M4 in NXP products.• Involved in stress testing by sweeping External Interrupts/Wakeups, Resets, LVDs using Function Generator automation and along with this also used Internal Interrupts across Clocks, Power domains, and Cores.Core And Platform Validation :• Responsible for the validation of Z4 and Z7 cores.Timer IP Validation :• Validated Real Time Clock (RTC) IP protocol and found various corner scenarios.Communication IP Protocol Validation :• Involved in the validation of LIN IP protocol.
