As an Analyst Intern in Commercial and Revenue Management for the APAC region at Lufthansa Cargo, I was deeply involved in analyzing daily cargo performance by monitoring Underload, Load Factor and other metrices and provided insights for capacity optimization to improve cargo efficiency. I closely worked with the sales team by examining digital sales data to understand customer behavior and identified business opportunities for digital sales initiatives in the APAC region, this helped sales teams target potential customers more effectively, boosting consideration and booking rates. I have developed interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize key performance indicators, such as regional revenue and sales figures, which enhanced data reporting and supported strategic initiatives. Additionally, I worked closely with the Revenue Manager, assisting in the analysis of weekly cargo revenue growth through detailed reports and presentations.I have graduated with Master of Science in Management (MiM) degree from Singapore Management University. With a strong foundation in engineering from Amity University, India. I bring a unique blend of technical acumen with business and strategy expertise.
