● Formulation of sales planning strategies for all operating stations in India● Keep an eye on competitor activities through various tools like Diio Mi, MIDT etc● Perform in-depth analyses on market trends and practice for revenue growth● Identifying and acquiring new accounts and help them to grow their share● Develop and recommend the processes for sales team.● Brief regional office and stations weekly with detailed analytical reports● Analyse the monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance for 8 stations● Analyse and provide recommendations on business issues and opportunities● Analyse pricing regularly to steer the business from competitors● Analyse on inventories and recommend the adjustment as per market trend● Coordination with various business units like NRM, CPD, GCSD and PMD● Lead pan India project for incorporation of new initiatives● Fair knowledge of various BI tools like Tableau, SMT Lightning, MIS- SAPBI etc

• Obtaining various flight related regulatory approvals from Govt. agencies (DGCA/MCA)• General administration of office• Negotiating, contracting and purchasing of goods & services as per purchase guidelines• Maintenance of staff records• Conducting internal audits of related functional areas
