Hi,I started my journey with Teleperformance and now I have total 2 years of experience with 22 month of experience in Quality. My roles and responsibilities here are: Reporting, clients interaction, handling team of same position to get skilled my self about better team handling, worked with operation as a Team lead when there was requirement as well as worked with training team to support as per business requirement, has knowledge of excel formulas reporting as well as 7 Quality tools as well as started first level of training in yello Belt of Six Sigma.Before this worked with all India Radio as a software handler as well as handled server which is connected with all the server in India. There I worked on contractual basis.
