What do I do? I inspire graphic designers, studio artists, content creators and copywriters to deliver their best. I mostly do that by leading by example.It took me a while to realize that being a Creative Head is about helping a brand express its personality and purpose, it is about being the creative voice or setting the look, feel and tone of communication. It is also as much about team building and being able to work with various kinds of people with differing temperaments – be it within the organization or on the client’s end. It is about keeping the team morale high even when the deadlines are heading towards you faster than a lightning bolt.
