 Detail Engineering design and packaging of all the components includes cells, module, cooling system, busbar, Frame, Laminated busbar, electrical and mechanical, plastic parts etc. Working Experience on a multiple project from Concept phase till Production phase. Perform analysis (Modal & Thermal Analysis) on components and assemblies. knowledge and experience In HV Component, harness, and creepage and clearance requirements. Expert with the powertrain systems, architectures and the battery’s interfaces within that system. Prepare and release part/ assembly drawings, Bom and documentation for product. Work closely with suppliers and manufactures to ensure the quality and reliability of battery Components. Provide support to another team member. Participate in technical reviews of product design, requirements and specifications.

 Experience in the design and development of lithium-ion battery packs. Ability to undertake fundamental engineering hand calculations including determining the thickness, Size of the Components. Experience in manufacturing techniques such as Laser cutting, sheet bending, Welding, CNC, Injection moulding, die casting, vacuum forming. Collaborated with the testing team to execute validation tests, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Managed all phases of the design process for a multitude of products, components, parts, assemblies, and subassemblies, including drafting, dimensioning, tolerancing, prototyping, documenting results and Working within a drawing control PDM & MRP system. Interfacing with clients from report generation to demonstrating your production-ready solutions & create bill of material (BOM). Help identify areas of improvement, new systems, processes, and suppliers to drive quality,Efficiency and to save costs.
