• To explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants.• To process, verify, and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, and classifications.• To record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations.• To maintain attendance of each employee and every employees on ESSL FRS Software on a daily basis.• Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.• Examine employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions.• Gather personnel records from other departments and/or employees.• Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities.• Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment.• Maintenance of HR records• Format job description and job posting for the Intranet
