Create operational rhythm, establish and track KPIs - forecast, analyze, track, report business growth and other key metrics to identify trends, track actual progress towards forecasts, drive new business opportunities and ensureprompt and proper resolution of business issues with cross functional partners. Analyze both macro and micro environments to provide meaningful insightsto the internal team and clients.Setting daily workload, tracking progress, revising plans to ensure objectives are met.Training the new on board members, clients on the channel manager software and provide support, when required.Integration with Booking Engine, PMS, Payment Gateways, and multiple channels, where required.Contribute to updating, creating new or improved and more automated dashboards as business needs evolve and new tools are implemented.

Responsibilities:• Responsible for improving the operational systems, processes and policies specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and business processes. • Analyse MIS Reporting, Leads Management from various portals, training sales executives on maintaining CRM.• Responsible for ensuring successful delivery of operational aspects and needs of company funds and structures. • Monitor and Improve Key Business Metrics –Raising Invoices, Retention, Transactions, Growth, Revenue, Expenses. • Marketing –Liaison with vendors to create relevant and targeted campaigns, including creating mailers, conducting activities, and listings on portals and working on SaaS products such as Knowlarity, etc. • Suggesting improvements for each function including short-term and long-term planning and assessing of budget to ensure the annual goals are met.
