•Erection & Commissioning of Dense Phase Bulk Material Handling System, Belt & Drag Chain Conveyors and related systems.•Monitoring Trail operations of Dense Phase Bulk Material Handling System, Belt & Drag Chain Conveyors and related systems.•Operation & maintenance of Dense Phase Bulk Material Handling System, Drag chain conveyors & related systems.•Erection & Commissioning of LT panels, Compressor (Instrument & Conveying) HT/LT (ATLAS COPCO & Kriloskar), HT/LT Motors, Pumps, Blowers, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), EOT Cranes & Electric Hoists.•Erection & Commissioning of Transformer, PMCC Panel, MCC Panel, DCS & PLC System.•Erection & Commissioning of electrical actuators, various instruments & Control system.•Lead and execute loop checks of DCS & PLC & performing commissioning phase functional tests.•Understanding of Electrical drawings, P&I, I&C design concept & drawings. Prepare Input/output List, Instruments list from P&ID.•Erection & Commissioning of Pneumatic panels & field instruments like Pressure transmitter, Level transmitter, Temperature transmitter, Pressure switch, Level switches, Flow switch, Safety valves, Solenoid valves and different C&I instruments.•Cable laying (Power, Control & Signal) as per schedule and termination as per interconnection with proper gland, dressing & ferruling.•Lying of Cable tray & earthing strip as per cable tray & earthing layout.•Checking of calibration of Instruments and checking of instrument datasheets and instrument Index with its proper documentation as per schedule.

• Quality Assurance, Quality auditing of GSM networking BTS sites.• Maintain Safety & follow EHS at installation site.• Follow standard procedure & work instruction of Huawei for installation. • Preparing reports on audit & analysis on data & reduction planning. • Installation, commissioning & maintenance of Huawei BTS.• Have experience of installing GSM Network installation.

• Team leader, Supervise and co-ordinate 10 members at Production Line.• Manage Assembly line production of different models of light and heavy commercial vehicles.• Maintain Safety & 5s at Assembly line.• Follow Standard Operating Procedures, manual & work instructions for production operations for the unit.• Maintaining down time record & quality of product.• Reduction of rejection level & rework through continuous up gradation of quality circles.
