Responsibilities include end to end transaction advisory including deal sourcing, execution, structuring, closure and relationship management.

Responsibilities span from deal sourcing to execution, leading to deal closure. This covers various aspects of Business Development including formation of a BD strategy based on macro indicators, formation of target segment of companies and investors to be approached and finally securing a mandate to advise on execution of various corporate options.The mandate execution involves spending time with the top management to understand their strategy and growth imperatives and sharing feedback on the same. Preparation of the Business Plan / Information Memorandum in an investor friendly way. Carrying out other execution activities like suitable partner search, valuation, negotiation support, due diligence support, feedback on various agreements and structuring of the transaction. Responsible for developing the IT/Technology vertical from scratch. Developed relationships in the IT industry covering most of the large and mid-sized IT/BPO companies and Technology focused funds. Built upon the industry knowledge by having regular interactions with various industry people. Developed an understanding of strategies and imperatives for different types of organizations within the sector. Worked towards ensuring a healthy deal flow for most of the major relationships, which helped in subsequent winning of mandates.
