Currently working as a Senior Display Analyst in Central Europe Display Team – TESCO [UK Retailers] (from June 2017 till date)Working with colleagues across four countries in Central Europe (CE) namely Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Poland. I am responsible for weekly task of Emergency Listing which includes Products Range in, Range Out, De-listing and Addition of New products or lines in existing mods (fixtures) in the stores. I am accountable for weekly product reports which are sent to the stake holders of all four countries mentioned above. Weekly Strategic planning of product for Fresh Food, Food Grocery, Non-Food Grocery and General merchandise departments as per Display Principles and Customer Decision Tree. Essential Space Change, supporting stores with localised space changes made through a UK based help-desk.Accountable for the deployment of the end to end space operating model for all UK and ROI stores.Responsible for the implementation of the UK space strategy through all development stores. Space UK & ROI, consisting of Development Space, creating localized space requirements at a macro and micro level based on the foundations of the space strategy for all UK and ROI stores on the property development programme.Trading Space, creation of micro space requirements to support all stores with the deployment of the weekly merchandise schedule. Floor planning, creation of individual store plans with schedule space changes pre planned to ease implementation and creating a sustainable blueprint across all stores.
