• Being a part of the PLE department (Maintenance), my project work was to analyze the line process flow of the Electric Power Steering manufacturing plant and to optimize the shop floor layout for agile parts' movement & 1 more line installation.• I designed the spare room layout and created the bill of materials for the assembly line machines to facilitate critical Spare Parts Management.• My task was also inspecting machines & systems, replacing non-working parts & updating the Preventive Maintenance checklist accordingly during the plant shutdown to increase productivity and reduce unexpected Machine Breakdowns or failures.
