Drive M&A deal activity with end to end project management from origination to closing in support of company's long-term strategic plans> Establish trusted relationship with business unit leaders to effectively evaluate potential target companies and assess their strategic fit.> Supporting business units in their annual strategic planning process.> Performing routine market research and monitoring trends in the industry to identify potential acquisition opportunities and build and maintain a robust pipeline.> Define and drive valuation frameworks for target companies using discounted cash flow, transaction multiples, alternatives analysis, LBO, accretion / dilution analysis, etc. and making recommendations on valuation and deal terms.> Present potential transactions with recommendations to C-level management to facilitate decision making.> Drive development of initial indications of interest for potential targets.> Define, create and negotiate MOUs / LOIs for potential transactions.> Lead and manage the due diligence process and framework by coordinating cross-functional due diligence teams including both internal resources and external advisors.> Track diligence issues and driving resolution.> Liaise with the legal team and lead cross-functional diligence teams to coordinate drafting and negotiation of contracts.> Drive post-closing items to completion.Engaged in a wide variety of deal profiles:> sectors: aerospace, defense, industrial> sizes: ~$1 million to multi-billion> structures: stock/asset, carve-outs, joint ventures, divestitures> regions: North America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Middle East

> Manage Textron’s aviation finance portfolio in Asia Pacific through negotiations, restructurings and asset repossessions.> Lead credit analysis and due diligence for cross-border financing (primarily Asia Pacific) to support sales of Textron products like Bell Helicopter, Cessna Aircraft and Beechcraft.> Manage detailed examination and analysis of financial condition, credit history, business background, business plans, ownership structures, management teams of potential customers.> Provide credit guidance to sales team in screening potential customer opportunities and in structuring transactions that are in line with Textron Financial’s credit and portfolio management strategies.> Maintain awareness of competitive financing activity, market trends, and regional economy through use of published information, both internal and external, to better evaluate effects on Textron Financial.I have done transactions in Indonesia, Philippines, India, Brazil, Tanzania, Kenya, UK, China, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Mexico, South Africa, New Zealand. etc.
