I started assisting my father in the Gemstone wholesale business, as soon as I finished school, back in 2008. Soon after that, I expanded into the retail gemstone and jewellery business. This was my first chance of being an entrepreneur, I learnt how to multitask marketing, management, sales, and social media. Well, demonetization forced us to shut our retail venture and I was back to wholesale. Meanwhile in my spare time, I co-founded the recruitment agency Pehliseedhi.com which circled around the catchphrase “Suitable candidate. Suitable Job.” Through AI, the company filtered out the perfect candidates for any role. After two years of pehliseedhi.com, the project was kept on hold. After taking a break of almost one year and learning and trying a few things, Komal Panwar and I were both looking to start fresh, and founded Hatch Multimedia and Toddler EdTech in July 2020.  Hatch Multimedia offers animation, audio production, audio and video story book creation, lyric animation, etc., to its clients. Hatch is a baby with humungous dreams, where sky is the limit for its creative wings. Whereas toddler EdTech offers gamification services in the education sector. These 2 companies led to the creation of the Baby Bud TV brand: an animated series of rhymes and cartoon shows as a part of an early childhood development program.
