I discovered my passion for entrepreneurship and leadership early on, having founded and successfully led two ventures in India. Through these experiences—particularly as General Manager at Good Earth Enterprise and Chief Operating Officer at Apricity—I developed and sharpened my skills in project management, leadership, and strategic planning. Guiding teams of over 60 members and driving substantial business growth, these early ventures sparked my desire to further pursue a career in business, leading me to the Kelley School of Business, where I am now refining my skills in Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain.Currently, I am fully immersed in my studies at Kelley, where I’m building on my entrepreneurial foundation with a deeper focus on management principles. Alongside my primary major, I am actively pursuing a co-major in marketing to broaden my understanding of how businesses operate in today’s fast-paced and dynamic environment. Through my involvement in real-world projects and collaboration with both faculty and peers, I’ve gained hands-on experience in areas such as market research, product development, branding, and supply chain analytics. My role as a Teacher’s Assistant has also given me the chance to mentor and lead, further enhancing my leadership and communication skills.Looking ahead, I am excited to continue exploring the intersection of entrepreneurship, management, and marketing. My long-term goal is to become a business leader who not only drives innovation and growth but also inspires and empowers others to achieve their full potential. With a solid academic foundation, practical experience, and an entrepreneurial mindset, I am confident that I can make a meaningful impact in any organization I join, leveraging strategic planning and effective execution to deliver results.
