Led the StockEdge Social Team and helped in creating an Admin Panel for User/Content Moderation, redesigning the Architecture, improved Android App Stability, and launched the StockEdge Social iOS App.

Did the feasibility & viability study for launch of own e-commerce business of Asian Paints Limited from both Operational and IT Systems point of view. Came up with 6 different models for e-commerce with IT solutions & recommended the best one with revenue forecast. (Received PPI)

Managed the Alternate Channel Banking division and added 500+ new Mobile Banking and Internet Banking customers in 5 months in a Semi urban area. Apart from that managed Sourcing and Processing of Personal Loans (93 loans amounting INR 25M+ in 3 months) as an additional responsibility.

Developed applications for Claim Processing in Health Insurance Domain using Mainframe Technologies. Later led a team of 4 as a Module Lead to execute projects in a specific area (Tiered Network Health Plans). Involved in Knowledge Management (KM) team as an additional responsibility.
