As a dedicated advocate for inclusivity and diversity, I successfully organized the participation of over 50 students in the Toronto Pride Parade. I developed a comprehensive outreach strategy that secured essential elements such as insurance, funding, transportation, and merchandise. Additionally, I fostered impactful partnerships with external organizations, including Venture Academy, Women in Engineering Society, National Society of Black Engineers, and others, through a strategic outreach plan. Furthermore, I extended my commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion by providing mentorship and guidance to other McMaster organizations, assisting them in formulating effective strategies to advance their own Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives.

Developed and distributed resources for the queer student population through platforms like Google Docs and Instagram. Collaborated with various equity and inclusion-based organizations to create and disseminate resources, raise awareness, and organize social events fostering inclusivity and community building.

As a Student Assistant, I have been responsible for managing 3D print requests with a focus on prompt delivery and excellent customer service. Additionally, I assist patrons in utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite and provide support for audio recording, videography, and photography. My role extends to completing diverse media projects, including digital and physical signage, 3D printer maintenance, and overall center organization.

Proficiently designed custom graphics for t-shirts, patches, and stickers using Procreate, and crafted mock-ups with Canva. Collaboratively refreshed the team website by incorporating new information and custom graphics. Additionally, created eye-catching advertising material for hiring positions utilizing Canva.

Collaboratively co-designed and organized a comprehensive 100+ page informational handbook on Engineering at McMaster University with a team of 6 students. Utilized Procreate, Adobe InDesign, and Canva to craft graphic elements, page materials, and illustrations. Implemented a collaborative database using Notion to efficiently store page materials, organize written information, and track deadlines.
