19 years of experience in the Financial Services domain - specifically in the Wealth Management space - delivering IT projects in various roles & titles, spear heading new technology initiatives/ solutions - both inhouse and off the shelf products have all made me capable & confident of conceptualizing and driving Digitalization in any organization. Collaboration or individual contribution or leading a team - no form has ever been an impediment to successful closure of any assignment. My career progression from a Tester to Consultant to Business Analyst to Test Lead to Project Lead to Applications' Owner to Business Solutions Lead in the space of Technology and the opportunity to work closely with various internal and external teams of developers, testers, business analysts, team leads, project leads, delivery heads and account managers - have all been a great blessing which have been contributing to my overall learning and development.
