Collaboration or individual contribution or leading a team - no form has ever been an impediment to successful closure of any assignment. My career progression from a Tester to Consultant to Business Analyst to Test Lead to Project Lead to Applications' Owner to Business Solutions Lead in the space of Technology and the opportunity to work closely with various internal and external teams of developers, testers, business analysts, team leads, project leads, delivery heads and account managers - have all been a great blessing which have been contributing to my overall learning and development. I am a highly self-motivated and proactive person with a creative bent of mind. My previous and current job responsibilities have given me the exposure to following important work areas in IT/Software line - Project Management, Business Analysis, User Training, Vendor Management, Resource Management, QA & UAT handling, Release Management and Solution Design. I also have good understanding of technology side of the desktop and web-based applications, database, networking and SDLC concepts.Communication and people skills have always been my forte. My penchants for Process Adherence and eye for details were never a hindrance to task completion owing to a clear focus on time and outcome for any task assigned. A pass out of TAPMI in 2005 with a PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) in Finance and Systems, I vouch by Commitment and Integrity.I am confident of handling any managerial role or strategy role in any BFSI domain organizations or in the technology department of any organization.
