• Responsible for recruitment and placement of IT professionals for direct hire positions only.
• Utilize and manage maximum sources like job portals, employee referrals, and internal database and build a strong pipeline for the current & future openings after analyzing and prioritizing them.
• Working completely on TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) fulltime/permanent requirements.
• Responsible for managing over 10 requisitions at one time.
• Contact up to 80+ candidates/day.
• Working only with Green Cards and US Citizens only.
