- Began as intern in Jacksonville office, coordinating import shipments and customs clearance documentation. Continued with a second internship in Madrid, Spain managing international shipments throughout Europe.- Took on a permanent position in the Miami office coordinating global import and export operations of multi-modal shipments. Primary duties involved time-sensitive import and export coordination for rail, truck, ocean, and air cargo. Handled necessary documentation, transportation, tracking, and billing of shipments. Additional duties included monthly data analysis and reporting to customer accounts, as well as technical support. Worked primarily within Latin America and the Caribbean region but also managed shipments to and from Europe and Asia as well.- Developed relationships with customers and transportation companies to provide effective logistics services.
