Monitors the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency, and compliance.Assists in the management of data related to the tendering process.Liaises with Buyers, Procurement/Market Analysts, and Transaction Procurement Specialists to provide contractual and compliance advice.Ensures the completeness and accuracy of contracts, including monitoring all related liabilities and third party contracts.Stays abreast of and communicates any changes in contractual requirements.

The primary function of my position is the preparation of tenders and management of contracts and also responsible for providing a comprehensive bid proposal which addresses the client's requirements and provide all contractual support in accordance with company policies and procedure.•Develop Manufacturer or Supplier as per technical & financial requirement of tender. •Organize tender work group and plan the bid submission as per client timeline in co-ordination with Country/overseas-market team.•Ensure that all relevant data and information compiled during the tender development phase is considered and made available to all tender team members and approving management.•Maintain accurate records and files of all the tenders and contracts data.•Liaise with all tender team members and manufacturer to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.•Review original inputs from tender team members and assist in the finalization of the documents including any exceptions /qualifications.•Assist the Country/Overseas-market team in all pre and post bid clarifications and discussions

I worked in project of bricks production line with capacity 200,000 pcs/day. The main supplier for the project SYS, China and this project is Tunnel Kiln & tunnel Dryer with Automatic Loading and unloading system. We work in erection and commissioning of raw material preparatory section Box Feeder, Belt Scale, Belt Conveyor, Distribution Machine, Roller Fine Crusher, Double Shaft Mixer, Vacuum Extruder, Cutting and Setting Machine, loading system, Dryer, Kiln, Kiln Car, unloading, Screen, Vibrators, Pump, Blower, Firing System, Ducting, Rail line, Coal crushing and spraying system.Responsibilities:• Planning for the project and putting schedule for the execution of the project.• Study of the quotations of the projects and make analysis of the quotations.• Responsible for technical meeting and pre-bidding of the project.• Responsible for the project estimates, materials take-off and work scheduling.• Responsible for the procurement of materials, implementation and fabrication.• Responsible for the planning of daily activities and supervision. • Coordinator engineer for the project with contractors of the project.• Following the erection of the project with our erection technician team.• Co-operator in commission of the project.

It is engaged in supply, construction & turnkey projects of Power, Telecommunication, Water, Oil & Gas, Roads & Highways, Infrastructures and Defense.Responsibilities:•Develop and contract with Equipment manufacturer from all over the world as per our requirement and prepare document to bidding in tender.•Review all mechanical drawings and specifications and ensure they properly relate to the estimate.•Obtain information and approvals required from the owner, architect, and engineers for the timely processing of shop drawings.•Coordinate all mechanical, equipment and piping layouts for all trades on a master coordination set of drawings securing the approval of the architects and engineers.•Ensure that materials and equipment are released for fabrication in a timely manner so as to conform to the project schedule.•Manage project closeout secure all guarantees, warranties required for acceptance and handover of all mechanical and electrical systems.

Batliboi (India) operations are in Machine Tools, Industrial Machinery, Environmental Engineering, Textile Engineering and Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.Responsibilities:• Coordination with consultant, client, Main Contractor & sub contractors.• Arranging & forecasting of manpower, material, tools & machineries as per project requirement, strictly follow up & chase the site staff to complete the project as per target program & in budget cost.•Responsible for smooth running of projects, track & control on material labor output, utilization of site resources effectively, ensuring safety & quality as per the company standards•Assigning & monitoring task to the site staff, report the progress of work to the PM. •Keeping track of As built documents for smooth handover of project. •Ensure correct reporting of project status to the top management.
