Responsibilities:• Collaborate with curriculum teams to develop and revise Urdu language and literature curricula for various educational levels. • Develop comprehensive educational content for Urdu language instruction, including lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and supplementary materials.• Design and develop assessment tools and rubrics to evaluate students performance. • Identify and select appropriate textbooks, literature, reference materials, and digital resources to support Urdu language instruction.• Provide guidance and support to Urdu language teachers by sharing effective teaching strategies, instructional techniques, and best practices. • Collaborate with other subject specialists, curriculum developers, and educators to integrate Urdu language instruction with other disciplines.• Stay informed about current research and developments in Urdu language teaching methodologies, linguistics, and literature.• Conduct professional development sessions or workshops for teachers to enhance their pedagogical skills.
