What I Do:I am a hands-on leader with 15 years of experience within the IT space. My area of expertise ranges from Level 1 IT Support to Enterprise Agile IT Transformation. I have led large teams of highly experienced Agile practitioners and managed multi-million dollar IT portfolios.My Expertise Includes:I am experienced in Agile transformations, business process optimization, IT supplier management and external resource onboarding, project management, and defining project cost controls. I have an MBA with a concentration in project management and business consulting. I am also a SAFe 5.0 Program Consultant and enabled to teach multiple SAFe courses.Why Am I Different:I bring years of IT experience within the Energy industry and am passionate about optimizing business operations.
