JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Achieve my targets (Renew the memberships of existing members and retrieve Old members).To do sales calls (if required) in order to close the deal.Set Targets and to provide resources.Get my reporting staff’s targets to be achieved (Bring maximum numbers of New Members in).Management and Training of department’s staff for Telemarketing.Train people within the hotel in order to sell Avari Gold In-House to earn additional money.Monitor the progress and revenue strategies of the reporting staff. Handling customer's complaints and to get them satisfied.Do office management and administrative activities.Maintain office records up to date (Manually and computerized).Maintaining and updating Avari Gold’s database.Handle all account's matters and records related with Avari Gold Department.Reporting to Head Office in order to submit the Month End and Year End report (Fiscal & Annual).Weekly and daily report with Revenue and Targets to General Manager.E-mail Shots to Avari Gold members for any promotion.Strategic vision to enhance the business.Prepare Budget and Forecast.Prepare Sales and Marketing plan.Manage all matters related with Avari Gold Department including HR, Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer relation, Revenue, Costs, Business, Program, Brand development etc.
