With over 20 years of experience in the financial and non-profit industry, I am an innovative leader who is passionate about advancing the credit union movement through digital transformation, strategic community partnerships, and collaborations with fintechs. As the Chief Financial and Strategy Officer at Labor Credit Union, I lead and manage the accounting, finance, internal audit, risk management, marketing, business development, and strategic partnership functions. I also serve as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the D.C. Chapter of the Maryland/D.C. Credit Union Association, where I seek solutions for the challenges that D.C. credit unions face. Additionally, I am a board member of DORA Financial, a credit union service organization that aims to bring low-income families into mainstream banking.
