I am owning the delivery of the program on the ground – focusing on the people side of change. Creating and implementing change management tools, strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption of activity-based working / new ways of working and manage resistance. Restack for Fit-out for Morgan Stanley BUA : 100,000 sq.ftRole : Project ManagerMy role was of coordinating all contractual requirements, designing the program as per MS move plan, design coordination with various stake holders but not limited to: On-Site Project Management, Project Coordination & Project Controls, Risk Analysis and effective reporting. Coordination with various BUs for understanding their requirements and capturing the same in design. Monitoring and controlling the quality to meet the need of old premises with the new works.Corporate Fit-out for Morgan Stanley with N+N configuration of COMMS RoomBUA : 100,000 sq.ftRole : Assistant Project Manager My role was to develop the project program and strategy for making the project happen on real grounds and managing/controlling project documents. Also I was coordinating with various stakeholder for design requirements and acted as a lead in various documentation from initiation to close-out phase. My involvement was also in executing one of the floor including cafeteria and assisting the Testing & Commissioning Consultant as an extended arm for Integrated System Testing for Comms Room as well as Open office Area.

Corporate Fit-out for Johnson & Johnson Private Limited: It was a GMA contract of about 130,000 sq.ft in Mumbai. The project was divided into 28 multiple trade packages. My role was to assist the Lead and acting as a SPOC to the 3rd party Project control group. I was also involved in Prequalify the vendors for tendering Process, Issuing Bid through Online Tendering system, negotiating with the vendors, maintaining contracts, Tracking the Import orders, checking of policies and compliances of all vendors, issuing Change orders, Tracking the project, analyzing the cost risk (CRA – Cost Risk Analysis) of the project, Preparing detail Schedule and tracking the schedule on bi-weekly basis, Preparing Cost report & Cash Flow Statement for the Project, Controlling overall Documentation of the project and involved in execution of Civil & interior activities of the project. I single handedly leaded the 3rd party Audit successfully for asset capitalization.

UK India Business Council : C&W were appointed as Procurement Manager. I was proposed as a Lead for selection of D&B vendor. My role was involved in Making tender documents as per client requirement for D&B vendor, Pre-Qualifying the vendor, Floating the RFP, Negotiation with the Bidder and Selecting the final D&B vendor.Refurbishment of MSCI (Morgan Stanley Capital Investment) Private Limited : It was Retro Fit project of 20,000 sq.ft in Mumbai.
