I reviewed data collection instruments for KIIs with BISP officials and current mHealth actors. Together with the DFID, BISP, and PATH, I identified key informants to interview for the mNutrition component of the pilot. Identified the ways in which mobile health technology can be specifically integrated into existing structures and systems (governmental, BISP, and other nongovernmental), so as to prevent the establishment of parallel structures.I also provided preliminary information on the systems architecture requirements (and associated costs) for implementing the mNutrition pilots.

I worked as a consultant for International Telecommunication Union (http://www.itu.int/) - UN Headquarters in Geneva where I assisted the ICT Applications and Cyber security Division (CYB) to develop ICT policies and strategies, specifically e-Health for developing countries, as it provides an efficient channel to deliver a wide range of basic health services in remote and rural areas and also facilitate the achievement of millennium development targets, reducing poverty and improving health and environmental conditions.
