I am the founder of BloomandBelong, a holistic health and wellness community that supports women and moms with holistic health, meditation, and wellness coaching. We’re on a mission to transform stress and build a culture of good habits and flourishing mindsets where everyone can thrive. After years of training in holistic health and wellness, I decided to launch a company that would not only give people the gift of wellness, but also help people live their best life and to their greatest potential. Why BloomandBelong? Our name has a deep and profound story that supports our mission. Our healing process starts with helping people “bloom” - first focusing on a 360º view of health addressing factors such as beliefs and mindsets around who they are and how they care for themselves in the areas of movement, sleep, diet, and relationships. We help people bloom into their authentic selves and then connect to their belonging in the world around them and within, with the lens of awareness and compassion. This belonging comes from connecting with each other, our values, and self-acceptance. Connection is one of the most important factors for vibrant health and quality longevity. I hold an M.A. in health and wellness with an integrative practices specialization where I use evidence-based modalities that support health and well-being. In addition, I hold certifications in the following: applied neuroscience, meditation, self-compassion , laughter yoga, and Circle of Security Parenting. Raising two kids for (20 years now), I find that my professional and personal experience complement each other seamlessly. Having lived in three different countries, I bring lived experience and understanding of diverse populations, cultures, viewpoints, and understanding.
