- Implement new projects and deliver it on time as per the contracts with the Ministries of foreign affairs along with getting necessary approvals for budget and implementation.- Review contract, Signatures and keep records and archiving. - Handle complaints from the diplomatic missions and assure the high quality requested by the MFAs- Coordinate with stakeholders in VFS to maintain the SLAs as per contracts and policies.- Attend meetings inside and outside VFS and keep records of meeting minutes and client engagement tracker.

- Developing and maintaining relationship with all Consulate/Embassy officials.- Operational duties for the Visa section, as reviewing documents, data entry. - Purchase office supplies as directed and within budget guidelines- Conducting weekly or monthly meetings / training with stuff. - Supervise, evaluate, and coordinate activities of staff. - Conduct orientation programs for new employees.- Interview job applicants.- Be involved in staff training and development, preparation of job descriptions, staff assessments and promotions.- Responsible for the management of human resources, property facilities and records to Alex office.- Prepare annual estimates of expenditures, maintain budgetary, inventory controls, and make recommendations to management.
