Oversees all transient marketing efforts for The Grand Canyon Railway and Hotel, Grand Canyon National Park Lodges, The Grand Hotel at the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park Lodge, Glacier National Park/Cedar Creek Lodges, and The Oasis at Death Valley in addition to supporting the marketing efforts of Mount Rushmore National Memorial, Rocky Mountain National Park, and Xanterra Travel Collection (XTC). He has oversight of CRM, package/offer development, online and offline marketing, public relations, social media, creative/collateral/asset development, budgeting, and development of (and adherence to) the annual plans. Hinch previously served as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing for XTC’s Ohio State Park Lodges, where the Circleville, OH native initially worked in the Deer Creek State Park Lodge banquet department as a bratty 16 year old. Prior to joining Xanterra, the William and Mary graduate owned his own political marketing/management firm for over 10 years (with a 100% victory record) in addition to working for direct-to-consumer brands Crutchfield and Highlights for Children. Based in Columbus, OH, Hinch is a Freemason and enjoys traveling and spending time on his family farm, being engaged with his church and local community, and is a proud dog dad to a 4 year old French bulldog, Pierre – aka Pete.
