Brief description of duties:Manage a Key Partner Supplier of which their deliveries have a critical impact on the business.Arrange Vendor meetings to establish and maintain good commercial relationships.Participate in vendor meetings to discuss progress and make recommendations on how to improve processes then implement the changes.Resolve sales inconsistencies and issues ensuring minimum impact on service delivery and revenue costs.Generate reports on upcoming deliveries and late deliveries and expedite them to ensure goods/services delivered on time. Update the Installation and Sales teams as necessary.Manage various purchasing queries from customers, suppliers and internal customers to ensure smooth running of my area.Run daily reports to check the status of customer Sales Orders and run Inventory Replenishment reports to create POs for products in demand. Ensure Purchase Orders are processed within the 24 hour KPI. Liaise with Project Management, Service Delivery managers, Sales Ops and Finance teams to ensure that orders are prioritised to meet customer demands and project lead times.Assist Sales Ops with Part Code enquires – ensure the correct compatible part codes are ordered.Update our price book portfolio.Actively participate in meetings and conference calls on a daily basis with internal customers to identify and resolve issues and ensure customers SLA’s are met and penalties are not incurred.Produce monthly reports to monitor spend, delivery performance, number of orders placed.Source new parts to fulfill customer requirements.Ensure value for money on all purchases made.
