Chemist role description:   · To analyze daily work in progress (WIP) and finished products..· To take immediate action in case of any non- compliance noticed during analysis by initiating relevant Hold/ Release exercise.· To coordinate corrective action with the concerned team leader if required.· To coordinate with finished product store if holding or recalling of product becomes necessary to be followed by inspection/ analysis of the held product..· To curry out monthly analysis of stored finish product and prepare the quality status report.· To carry out monthly in market evaluation of finish product.· Support the R&D with requirements analysis..· To maintain lab equipment in good working and tidy condition while meeting safety requirements..  · To maintain calibration status of all lab instruments and process equipment related to quality..· To meet the requirement of IPS lab and quality system..· To support developmental activities / projects relevant to the function..· To train colleagues disseminate the knowledge gained through internal trainings..
