I schedule appointments by documenting reasons for visits, gathering imaging reports, and processing insurance information. I room patients and take their vitals and I ensure that the room is stocked and ready for use. I help room and discharge ~ 30 patients on procedure days. I keep track of medical records and facilitating communication between patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies.

SI works directly with academic departments and faculty to provide support in some of the most challenging general education and/or gateway courses. Each course that partners with the SI program has a trained SI leader who provides support and guidance for students both in and out of the classroom.

I perform and analyze experiments at the Cellular and Molecular Biology and Biochemistry (CMBB) lab at EMU. I mentor new lab assistants and make sure that the lab is fully stocked with anything we need to move forward with our experiments.

I handled returns, purchases, and any problems guests may encounter during their visit. I was responsible for answering phone calls and training new hires. My main job was to make sure the customer's experience at our store was satisfactory.
