· Verification of all necessary documents received from suppliers along with material.· Preparation of Good Receipt note in ERP.· Preparation of sales invoice· Preparation of Challan, PO, GRN and RGP.· Ensure name, part no., Batch No & consignment will be easily identified.· Ensure material is stored properly safely at its allocated area with proper identification tag etc.· Generating daily Reports and consumption monthly,· Preparation of stock Statement. Maintain Physical Stock· Issue of material for production purpose as per Production planning according to FIFO.· Sending material back to the party by preparing rejection advice after the Same is rejected from the quality assurance dept.· Maintaining Job work Transaction and Reconciliation of material.· Reporting to HOD Stores.· Control & planning of daily dispatch.

· Handel all Operation related activities.(Inventory, Outbound &Inbound)· Maintaining Inventory, Related Short & Excess for reporting.· Audit Short sku.· Dispatch & Put-Way variance checked.· Maintaining & check all compliance activities.· Every day Cycle-Count Activities Plan.· Handle some knowledge of route planning also.
