I am managing the IT Governance and Business Continuity Programs at AssetMark, Inc. as part of the Information Technology department. Rose International Contractor for Wells Fargo, ISG Risk & Compliance, San Francisco, CAMy Responsibilities here are primarily Operational Risk Management and Business Continuity Management. I assist in the management of Business Unit Plans, Technology Plans and coordinate between the two for RTO/RPO accuracy and effectiveness. I am responsible for ensuring that all plans meet the Enterprise requirements and complete Exercise & Maintenance items completely, accurately and on time. I am one of 2 primary contacts in ISG for BCP methodology and software questions. I have successfully managed the development of new plans that are not only complete but executable and thorough. The results of my work here is more cooperative relationships between R&C and the various lines of business. My exceptional leadership and time management skills have resulted in the successful management of multiple projects at once. Each project has given me the opportunity to explore a variety of solutions and work with many different people.In January I began working on the Business Integration Project for the Wells Fargo/Wachovia Merger. Successfully integrating Business Continuity Plans has proven challenging and rewarding. I thrive when I am able to guide others and develop customized innovative solutions.

This opportunity gave me extensive experience in many management, BCP disaster recovery, and crisis management areas. I proved that I am proficient in managing client/user requirements, expectations, time management, and presentation management. I assisted in facilitating three mock disasters, designing and implementing over three hundred departmental plans. I trained plan builders on Strohl System’s LDRPS software, and generally accepted corporate interdisciplinary requirements and practices of BCP, disaster recovery, and crisis management. My expertise on Stohl Software enabled me to begin consulting while completing my education. I participated in the development and presentation of quarterly budgets and have presented to groups ranging from department managers to top executives. I actively participated in weekly project progress meetings and managed the schedule for the upcoming phases of the project. I have extensive experience in working in team situations varying in size, diversity, and goals.
