In my current role with YPG, I am responsible for supporting and executing our operational strategy, which includes growing member purchases, providing strategic planning support, and performing tactical data analysis. A consultative mindset and the ability to interpret scenarios while adapting to the task requirements are crucial in my day-to-day activities. I also interact with members, suppliers, and multiple internal stakeholders from various functions and help create a data-driven culture while managing a team of 5 Membership Development Managers. Furthermore, I bring 11 years of experience with and around YMCAs, which allows me to have a unique perspective on various situations.I also assist staff in coordinating the efficient and effective implementation of vendors and services with our members. This includes performing workflow and project analysis, working with vendors and members simultaneously, coordinating project implementation, and assisting members with set-up decisions based on running project knowledge.In addition to my work with YPG, I am available for waste consulting as I have 12 years of experience in the waste removal industry.
