Provided expertise in recreation, hospitality, retail, residential interior design & project management, I managed & delivered multiple projects at a time. Was responsible for Public Relations (Client Interactions & Vendor Selection), Cost Control, Project Schedule & Timelines and Project Delivery. Also managed a team of professionals for smooth operations and timely completion of projects.

Being the architect in charge my role was to consolidate data from different departments and execute projects. Crosscheck BoQs with GFC drawings. Site-inspection for quality control and periodic meetings with MEP, C&I and Fire Contractors and updating Clients. Managed multiple projects at the same time.

Provided design inputs and coordinated with external agencies (Architect & PMC) and internal departments (Real Estate & Legal) in order to commence and execute projects.
