I am an experienced IT professional that loves to manage software implementations and infrastructure projects. I have managed outsourced IT groups as well as internal IT departments. I enjoy growing other people and helping them be successful. Strong project management skills as well as the ability to roll up my sleeves and dive into projects and problem resolution.My experience has focused in three different areas.1) Software Application Development - Most recently, my work is on a ticketing platform at TicketSocket. We provide a white-label ticketing platform that is highly scalable and customizable to make it your own. I have developed several web-based applications that are database driven and focused on ticketing, registration, e-commerce, CRM, customer support with payment options using credit card and crypto interfaces. The most complex was developed for Disney Youth department to provide guests reservations and ticket sales in their Individual Enrollment, Disney Student Seminars and Disney College Days programs.Developed a corporate portal for North American using PHP, MySQL to manage Employees, PTO, and timecards as well as using SQL to integrate some of our LOB applications (such as AD, Sherpa and e-automate). I am also requested to develop TSQL scripts often to minimize repetitive data entry tasks.2) Field Applications Engineering - In this role, I managed a team of technical consultants performing complex software project implementations, including requirements gathering, process consulting, client support, client training, and software customization.3) IT Infrastructure Outsourcing - In multiple roles, I have been involved in the implementation, management and project management of pro-active support and project implementations for dozens of small and medium sized clients in Central Florida. We provide Windows server support, migrations, Backup, software implementations, SQL reporting, SQL integration and desktop support for clients.
