Clean Energy Communications: Guided the Chief Executive Officer and his clients by developing high-tech solutions to support traditional outreach strategies in order to drive adoption of energy efficient solutions and develop a skilled workforce to meet the personnel requirements of the burgeoning clean energy sector.Revenue Enhancement: Supported the Chief Revenue Officer by building and leading channel partner and corporate alliances for established cyber security firm operating within the national security and civilian agency environs. Start-Up Operations: Developed the newly founded Federal-Elections-Commission Compliance Division of the firm in response to increasing customer demand for Campaign Finance Advisory services. Established policies and best practices to support Congressional and statewide candidates for election, as well as, Political Action Committees. Evaluated and selected software applications that support bookkeeping and electronic filing operations at multiple price points in order to create multi-tiered pricing options. Initiated development of donor-research capabilities to ensure donors do not pose a “political risk” for the candidate.Compliance Reporting: Serve as the face of the organization for all campaign-finance-related compliance clients. Developed marketing concepts to support agency sales.Intellectual Property: Responsible for filing and maintaining intellectual property for products, services and branding with the US Patent Trademark Office.

Organizational Development and Leadership: Founded the conceptual “conglomeration” framework through which I would acquire and provide executive leadership to the following companies: Creativa, Inc./Sidar Global Advisors; Concepts & Strategies; and VX Technologies. Developed and managed multi-national and multi-lingual Big Data and strategic communication services within specific industries including international development, financial research, national security, public diplomacy and politics. Designed, implemented and managed all aspects of the conglomeration’s federal sector vertical for multiple agencies and multilateral institutions from early start-up through small business and emerging small business phases of the companies. Operations: Managed corporate operations across innovation, research & development, program management, and financial divisions. Developed operational roles and responsibilities for all overhead functions including budgeting, recruitment, human resources, liability management, and contracting. Recruited and managed a staff of over 100 employees and 30 independent contractors operating around the world with diverse expertise including geography, culture and language, statistics, economics, communications and technology.

Sidar Global Advisors (SGA) was acquired by Creativa, Inc. in order to launch Creativa into the financial and corporate advisory space. Creativa was a DC-based global macro research and strategic advisory firm that assisted top financial institutions and multinational corporations investing in emerging markets. Creativa's client base included Fortune 100 companies, private equity firms and foreign governments. Under the ownership of Jason Hinton, Creativa expanded into providing fundamental geopolitical, energy-sector macro analysis and business intelligence. Upon establishing said expertise, Mr. Hinton developed a predictive technical analysis tool, known as the Commodity & Trade Index, which utilized a proprietary algorithm to measure indicators of sociopolitical significance that could lead to price changes in the commodities, foreign exchange and equities markets. Our publications and products and were available via Bloomberg Research.

Product Development: Mr. Hinton built strategic communications solutions in support of national security & international relations in the fields of public diplomacy and international development. Service areas included strategic communications planning, tactical information operations and educational & economic development initiatives. Clients included the US military, the D.O.D., U.S.A.I.D., The European Development Foundation and the Inter-American Development Bank.Executive Management: Presided over the corporate operations and business development affairs. Grew corporate revenues to greater than $20 million per annum, after an initial investment of $15,000.00, in just seven years.Contract Management: Negotiated and drafted contract language as both a prime and subcontractor relevant to delivery, payment and protections between the company and its clients. Managed all aspects of contract compliance including delivery, reporting, timekeeping, billing, human resources, facility-security operations, and contract closeout. Developed business capture strategies requiring the development of teaming agreements with other vendors. Developed “protest” strategies balancing legal and revenue interests. In response to emerging big data requirements with Mr. Hinton's national security clientele, Mr. Hinton co-founded this incorporated joint venture which built an internet exploitation and data management portal designed to assess sentiment in multilingual Web and social media environments. Technology applications were dedicated to support for the Global War on Terrorism.Government Contracting: Managed all aspects of procurement, contract management, regulatory compliance and service delivery.

As an independent contractor, Mr. Hinton provided analytical and communications services with regards to the North Korean Nuclear Crisis, US-S. Korea international relations, South American & Caribbean media analysis program management, overseas free & fair elections, as well as, business development services.

Designed and implemented a field outreach program designed to provide voter registration, voter education and voter mobilization programs for a non-profit organization. The program was established in 4 battleground states serving more than 14 cities.

Mr. Hinton provided coordination among activists and attorneys dedicated to ensuring free and fair elections.
