The program continues now, six years later serving over 300 early childhood practitioners, supervisors and agency leaders each year.• Co-created the FAN Grant Program, which provides 3+ grant trainings each year at no-cost to qualified home-based programs in WA each year that are BIPOC/immigrant/rural led or serving. Since 2022 we have offered grants to 29 organizations in WA.• Doubled capacity of number of families able to be served in therapy each year. Oversaw the expansion of adding four therapist positions to our organization and the opening of a second building, Mini Cooper, in 2019.• Designed accessible fee scales that reduced the financial barriers and stigma associated with accessing infant and early childhood mental healthcare. In 2024, 49% of therapy clients paid reduced fees or received pro bono services.• Launched our first Strategic Plan and Framework in 2023 to guide decision-making at all levels of the organization grounded in our mission, vision, and values.
