Working as Assistant Project Controller at Royal Estate Affairs, Ministry of Diwan, Omana) Just completed a diverse Project which included a 3 storied 10,000 sq. m office building, Staff Accommodation and Kitchen / Recreation Building and a state of art Laundry building to cater to the Royal palace, inclusive of all necessary service buildings, transformer yard, generator room, panel rooms, fire water tank, boiler rooms, etc and currently working on a Data Centre Building (3 tier certification) which will be the central Data controlling, storing and monitoring centre for the whole of Oman.b) Completed Refurbishment of Al Bustan Palace Hotel, a Ritz Carlton Group Hotel from January, 2017 to December 2018. Work included complete modification of the Porte Cochere with new landscaping, entire Interiors of all the Rooms/Suites, Restaurant and several ballrooms/meeting rooms including major refurbishment and upgradation of all relevant MEP services. c) Completed a palatial twin villa project built for the Royal guests visiting Oman. The Villas consist of state of art interiors, with special interior finishes of Timber Joinery and Gypsum works, all latest MEP systems and services along with Landscaping & Irrigation systems.

• BUILDINGS – a) Worked for a highly prestigious Villa project for His Majesty’s VVIP Guests at Alam Heights, Muscat, Oman, under the Royal Estate Affairs. b) The building consisted of extremely high end finishes and decoration works with gypsum and timber. c) The building had a swimming pool and an external Jacuzzi. d) Various MEP services included Building Management System (BMS), Dimmer Control System, Passenger and Service Lifts, Swimming Pool Water Circulation system, Kitchen facilities in line with Royal Catering Division, Central Air-conditioning, etc. e) External Landscaping and Irrigation system was also a major aspect of the Project.• WAREHOUSE & BUILDINGS -a) M/s Saud Bahwan’s Project of Warehouse (of 22,500 sq.m area) at Al Amerat. b) The warehouse structures consisted of Pre-Engineered building of Steel Structures.c) Staff Accommodation Buildings with Gymnasium, Play courts, etc.• BUILDINGS – a) M/s Saud Bahwan Charitable Foundation’s Child Care Centre project for the Ministry of Social Development at Al Khoud. b) The project comprised of Villas for orphans and handicapped children, Auditoriums, Administrative Buildings, Mosque, Gymnasium and other facilitiesc) Landscaping was a major aspect in this project.Responsible for the management, inspection, administration and observation of construction activities in order to ensure that the quality of the work performed by the Contractor conforms substantially to the drawings and specifications. Also responsible for documentations including approval of materials and shop drawings, preparation of Contractor’s Performance Report related to quality / workmanship, Monthly Progress Reports, Weekly status reports on pending issues related to designs, construction procedures, nominated sub-contract packages, etc and organizing to resolve the same.

As a Client’s Representative, responsibilities included Budgeting and Capital Expenditure Approvals, interaction with International Consultants, Contractors, Nominated Sub-Contractors, material suppliers, etc & management of multi-disciplinary team of engineers and also manage all aspects of project construction e.g. planning, design and material coordination, correspondence and contracts administration and supervision of major works for timely completion of projects. Duties also included Finalization of Drawings and Specifications for Tendering, techno-commercial negotiations and Recommendations to senior management on contract finalizations. Handled construction of LPG Blending and Bottling Plant + Bulk LPG Industrial Installtions.

Was responsible for looking into the safety and quality of the project, which was achieved through thorough checks of the Contractor's works with respect to Tender Specifications. Handled construction of RCC and Pre-stressed girder bridges with Pile and Well Foundations.

As a Project-in-charge at Indersons, my basic responsibility included completion of projects in time, maintaining quality and within the budget. I had to co-ordinate with Clients, Consultants, Goverment bodies, etc for smooth progress of the project. Had to also look into the timely deployment of manpower and machineries required. Handled construction of bridge, multistoried buildings and industrial structures.

Responsibilities included field supervision, field testing of construction materials, estimation and arrangement of manpower, construction materials and equipments for proper time bound work execution. Handled RCC and Presetreseed Concrete Bridges with Bored Pile Foundations
