I have been working at Rent A Center, the number one rent-to-own company in the United States, for over nine years, where 8 of those years I have been managing a store of more than 800 customers, exceeding 1,000 "BOR" (balance on Rent) . Only a year and a half after RAC gave me the opportunity to work for them, I was promoted to store manager. With my experience on how to provide excellent customer service and my knowledge on how to run a business, I have achieved to manage a successful store. On 2010 my store, out of three thousand stores, was elected as the numer one " Perform to Win" store and I was awarded with the "President 's Trip", where I got to meet the CEO of Rent A Center. In 2011 I formed part of a group of 6 managers that were elected to go to Mexico, when RAC was trying to expand their business. I was in charge of recruiting, training, and preparing prospects for the company that will run the first stores opened in Mexico.
